Improve your own body awareness, strengthen postural muscles, become calm, maintain mobility or restore yourself: the list of positive aspects of yoga is long. And the best thing about it: it is suitable for everyone. In my courses I teach classic Hatha yoga style, preferably in combination with gently flowing Vinyasa and musical accompaniment. The sessions are accessible to everyone, especially for beginners.

Originally I graduated to become a fitness trainer in order to use it for my personal training. However, it didn’t just stop at training: Year after year, more was added, such as in areas of functional training, nutrition, pilates and group training. As I wanted to share my enthusiasm for the sport with others, I began fitness courses. To motivate participants and pass on my knowledge to them to make life a little easier, is a particular pleasure for me. Furthermore: My training sessions are suitable for everyone whether big or small, young or old.
