Ambience & the host family Engl

Real hospitality

… builds bridges and weaves an invisible connection between people.
Just like the arms of an old friend which open widely and are inviting.
It creates closeness, crosses boundaries and reminds us that in the encounter with others we can write the most beautiful stories.

Here’s to a wonderful time at the Terentnerhof.

May we introduce ourselves?
We, your hosts | Friends | Family

The host Harry

… juggles as a taste artist with spices and flavours, in pots and pans.
When he is not conjuring up delicious creations in the kitchen, with the same passion, he can be found in the mountain landscape exploring nature on two wheels. Terento is not only a stage for his culinary adventures, but also for his sporting ones.

  • Favourite bike tour:
Round tour from the hotel to Vallarga, Vandoies and San Sigismondo

The hostess Wally

… welcomes you with a warm smile either at the reception or welcomes you to the table for your first dinner at the latest. If you can’t find her in the hotel, you can find her outside in the unique nature, while enjoying hiking. Or she will be delving deeper into her latest hobby: a sommelier course. By the way, she has already discovered her favourite wine – the Lagrein Loacker. But who knows which drop will conquer her palate next.

  • Favourite hiking tour:
Mountain tour to the Rifugio Ponte di Ghiaccio in Fundres

The daughter Maren

… knows the best dog walks that will make the hearts of dogs, owners and masters miss a beat with delight. When she’s not with Luna, the hotel’s four-legged friend, she is out exploring, or you can meet her at a relaxed yoga session. One of her favourite poses? The upward-facing dog naturally.

  • Favourite dog walk:
    Stockner valley circuit in Terento

Tochter Jana

… knows how hot summer days are best spent: Jumping into the panoramic infinity sky pool! And once the sun has completed its journey to the west, she likes to go for evening e-bike rides – for a wonderful breeze and a refreshing cool down.

  • Favourite e-bike route:
To the natural solariums in Gols

The daughter Anja

… is the master of slowing down, she prefers to do things in a relaxed way.
She charges her batteries with yoga and fitness workouts on the terrace. And when night falls, she likes to gaze at the stars, which can be particularly well seen from Terento.

  • Favourite excursion tip:
The Max Valier observatory in San Valentino in Campo
