Payment options

A deposit of 30% is required by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid directly at the accommodation. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be converted into a voucher for a future stay

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. The following rules apply:

until 30 days before arrival: free of charge (the deposit will be converted into a voucher)
until 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
for late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total amount
in case of non-arrival: 100 % of the total amount

We recommend that you complete Travel insurance.

General information

Arrival and departure

Check-in: The room you booked will be ready for you from 14:00. Drive straight into our underground car park and unload your suitcases at your leisure. You then come to us at the reception, where we will welcome you with a warm smile and a drink of your choice.

Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00. If you still would like to use the wellness area after you check out, you can book our SPA package for 45 € per person.

Dogs

They are man’s best friend, a full member of the family and therefore should not be missing on holiday. As we are also dog lovers, your four-legged friend is welcome upon request (subject to availability). The following “goodies“ will certainly make the mistress, master and dog happy:

a small surprise with treats upon arrival in the room
small information brochure with walks in the area
Possibility of taking your dog with you on guided hikes
Possibility to take your dog with you in the separate restaurant area (limited spaces)

We charge 20 € per day without food. We also ask you to note that dogs are not permitted in the wellness area and in the restaurant (outside the assigned area).
