Booking, arrival and departure
- Arrival: the rooms and suites are available from 2 pm on your day of arrival. We will give you the card to your room when you check in. The card also allows you to access the swimming pool, the wellness area and the night-time entrance. Remember to return the card to reception when you leave.
- Departure: we request that you kindly vacate your room by 10 am on the day of departure. If you would like to leave any later, please arrange this with reception beforehand.
- Payment options: A deposit of 30% is required by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid directly at the accommodation. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be converted into a voucher for a future stay.

For reasons of hygiene your dogs are not allowed in our public areas, the SPA, the breakfast room, the bar and the dining room. We kindly ask for your understanding. Dogs are allowed on request at a rate of € 20 per day, excluding food.

Terms of cancellation | Travel insurance
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. The following rules apply:
- until 30 days before arrival: free of charge (the deposit will be converted into a voucher)
- until 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
- for late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total amount
- in case of non-arrival: 100 % of the total amount

- The prices are for gourmet ¾ board per person per day. Our staff will add any drinks and other purchases to your room tab. In addition to the price, a municipal residence tax (visitor's tax) of € 2.10 is charged for all persons over 14 years of age.
- For short stays from 1 to 3 nights we add a supplement of 3 € per person per night.
- For stays longer than 10 nights a reduction of 2€ per person per night will be applied.
