Brunch at the Terentnerhof

Are you ready for a sparkling crispy start to the day?

Everything flows ... Even our great cuisine is constantly evolving. We are particularly proud of the support we have received from star chef Theodor Falser, who has now also helped us to develop a completely new breakfast concept. As always, we rely on quality from South Tyrol. We source more than 95 percent of our culinary offerings from our region.

A variety of cereals, fresh fruit, countless dairy products from our dairy farms, cheese from small farm cheese dairies in the Val Pusteria, free-range eggs from the farm around the corner. Of course, various egg dishes, homemade cakes and a rich selection of sausages and smoked meats from the village butcher are not to be missed.

In addition, crusty bread from the village baker and, in between, homemade bread, homemade spreads and local honey, freshly squeezed fruit juice, organic coffee from Caroma or organic tea from Viropa and - why not - a glass of sparkling joie de vivre in the form of South Tyrolean sparkling wine to round off the festivities. Brunch at the Terentnerhof fulfils everything you dream of from a rich, healthy and above all extended breakfast.

Here at Hotel Terentnerhof, we cook with love and passion to delight you with delicacies and specialities based on our Alpine-Mediterranean savoir-faire. As well as a generous salad buffet, hors d'oeuvres and desserts, you can enjoy our 5-course menu and a choice of vegetarian dishes. The excellent wines in our cellar give the finishing touch to our culinary creations. We also offer special menus for guests with dietary intolerances and food allergies.
