"Enticing & intriguing: Tyrolean specialities with a twist"

We asked ourselves: "What is the taste of South Tyrol?" And we thought, "It's impossible to combine so much variety and abundance in a single culinary style." So you can expect an explosion of flavours and colours, beautiful presentation and a feast for the palate. The choice is yours!

  • Smoked delicacies from the farm with horseradish sauce and home-made wholemeal bread
  • South Tyrolean white wine soup
  • Pressed knödel dumplings served on a sauerkraut salad with crisp speck ham
  • Baked loin of lamb in a rosemary sauce, with celery and cabbage purée
  • Tyrolean dessert buffet: apple pancakes, "buchtel", sweet krapfen, ricotta cheese knödel, buckwheat roll, vanilla cream, poppy seed semifreddo ...

Light risotto with squid and a touch of lemon, crunchy focaccia with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, fillet of sea bream on an apple and celery salad, cappuccino-flavoured semifreddo with zabaglione, and more besides. A symphony of flavours. Or put another way, the Italian "Dolce Vita" ...

Food becomes an art-form with our culinary masterpieces. All of them mouth-watering. And, as you'll know, the way to a person’s heart is through the stomach! Here is a little taster:

  • Asparagus salad with beans and home-smoked salmon
  • Wild garlic puréed soup with cheese sticks
  • Ravioli with apple and speck filling and seasoned balsamic vinegar
  • Roast saddle of veal with parsley crust and oven-baked potatoes and vegetables
  • Peach cream served on flaky pastry
